How to do it

1. On the morning of the 1st of the month, gather a pinch (roughly a tablespoon) of ground cinnamon.
2. Open your front door fully and step outside onto the threshold.
3. Pour the cinnamon into your right (or dominant) palm — some practitioners use the left hand as the 'receiving' hand instead; choose one and be consistent.
4. Hold a clear intention in mind: a specific goal for the month (money, a job, a relationship, general abundance).
